Post Leg Day Yoga Asanas

Here are 6 of my top favorite yoga asanas (poses) following a hard leg day!

Follow in order & repeat 1-2 times minimum.

Modify as necessary by reducing intensity of the stretch. I highly recommend following these with a meditation session. As little as 5 minutes a day can be so beneficial!

1- Standing forward bend (Uttanasana)

2- Half or full chair pose (Utkatasana/variation)

3- Garland pose (Upavesasana)

4- Downward facing dog pose (Adho Mukha Shvanasana)

5- Butterfly pose (Baddha Konasana)

6- Wide angle seated forward bend (Upavistha Konasana)
