Yoga Background & Training

As a former classical ballerina, yoga was a critical part of my training and has carried into my everyday life. I have been practicing yoga since 2006, and the passion I developed for this practice is what led to me obtaining my certification. I received my training through Stephanie Mitchell with Yoga & Ayurveda Center in 2018 and have been working as an independent contractor since. Teaching yoga, is something that brings me absolute joy due to the fact that I am able to help individuals find their inner peace, overcome physical inabilities and boundaries, as well as learn to control your mental state through meditation.

"It is my mission in life to enforce that the body is our temple, and that we must treat it with care. Through several types of fitness and conditioning education and certifications I am qualified to help individuals care for their bodies. It is through Yoga and Meditation especially, that you learn to respect and appreciate your body. "
